We take your privacy seriously. This Privacy policy operates on 5 principles which offer a clear and honest account of how your data is collected and used by Kinicho, where it is stored and how you can remove your data from our datasets at any time.


Principle 1: Any data we collect from you is used by us to communicate with you or to make our communication better in general.

 

Principle 2: We do not pass any of your data to third parties for their use. We might, on occasion, require the right the pass your data to a third party for analysis on our behalf in support of principle 1. We will ensure that any third party we work with is also GDPR compliant.

 

Principle 3: It is important that we offer transparency about where we are maintaining your data. As data is mostly maintained by our providers, we will be clear about where this is happening and when we are taking data into our company information infrastructure.

 

Principle 4: Your right to access your data from any of our datasets is guaranteed. We will also ensure that you can see what other data our providers are maintaining about you where it is connected with a service or product provided by Kinicho. Principle 5: Your right to be forgotten, e.g. remove your data from any of our datasets, is guaranteed, except where there are tax or other legal requirements for us to maintain this data, e.g. if we have a monetary contract with you to supply a service or product. WWW - we track anonymous data about the use of this website. Some of this data is processed in Google Analytics and some by our web host, Wix. Wix also collects and store some data about your site use. You can read their policy here https://support.wix.com/en/article/general-data-protection-regulation-gdpr - they will supply this info if you request it via us. Newsletter - we maintain your email address and your name; optionally we may have your company/organisation and role if you provided it. This data is maintained to send you our very occasional newsletter, promoting our activities and products. This data is stored within Mailchimp's information infrastructure.

 

Product Beta - we maintain your email address and your name; optionally we may have your company/organisation and role if you provided it. This data is maintained so we can communicate with you about your early access to our products. This data is stored within Wix's CRM information infrastructure and is exported for analysis to Kinicho's servers including our cloud storage provider.

 

Feature Evaluation -  we maintain your email only; we use this to track your engagement with us through the evaluation process so we can communicate with you and understand how we can better improve our product offer. This data is stored within Wix's CRM information infrastructure and is exported for analysis to Kinicho's servers including our cloud storage provider.

 

Our servers and those of our cloud providers are secured to the highest standards. Your privacy is guaranteed to the same level as our operational data and intellectual property.  We are registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) and one of our directors has a responsibility to oversee compliance with these regulations.
